The facility was well maintained and a good location. But the staff were amazing. We staid unexpectedly due to weather while traveling. So we can in stressed and worried. The staff put my mind right at ease. And the positivity continued with every staff member we interacted with … the cafe, the cleaning staff, etc.

Great staff, got us in hours earlier than our scheduled check in after a long drive from Pittsburgh. Roni at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and very kind. Everyone was extremely helpful. Room was large, clean, and quiet after a long day. Plenty of restaurants and gas stations around, as well as shopping.

The staff was amazing even my bartender was outstanding. I didn't catch her name but she's a fellow New York ! Sade was very professional and pleasant, and the lady that checked us out this morning was so warm and welcoming. I loved my stay here and we will return. Thank you!

The air conditioner in the room would not keep the room cool on a very warm early spring day. Happens to been renovations going on in the hotel also. Perhaps that was the reason for the inconsistency of the unit in our room
